Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 588fb. By completing the account registration process on the 588fb platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

Your continued use of the 588fb platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page and supersedes all prior versions.

588fb reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions at any time, including following a material amendment. Failure to confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary suspension of Account access until confirmation is received.

Eligibility & Age Verification

The 588fb platform is strictly for adults. You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain an Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether initiated by yourself through the 588fb responsible gaming tools or imposed by any other gambling platform or authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have had a previous 588fb Account closed or terminated by 588fb for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Age Verification: 588fb operates a strict age verification process. Upon registration, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — as part of the KYC process. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 21 or above will be immediately closed, and any Balance held in the Account will be returned through the original deposit method after fraud screening. 588fb does not knowingly allow underage gambling under any circumstances.

Account Registration & Management

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the 588fb platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Balances and winnings.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, your current residential address in Bangladesh, and your active contact details. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 588fb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 588fb support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

4.4 KYC Verification

588fb reserves the right to request identity documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Standard KYC documents include a valid Bangladesh NID card, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and a photograph of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stated timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

4.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 588fb support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining verified Balance at the time of closure will be returned through your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Pending bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

588fb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change from time to time. The current list of supported methods is displayed in the Account cashier at the time of transaction.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at 588fb is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 588fb, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 588fb does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard processing time is 2–24 hours depending on the payment method selected. 588fb reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than historical deposit amounts.

5.4 Same-Method Policy

For anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 588fb reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source before processing a withdrawal to a different method.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the 588fb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 588fb does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside 588fb's control and are your sole responsibility.

Betting Rules & Game Play

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 588fb platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet. Ignorance of applicable rules will not be accepted as a basis for voiding a settled bet.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until 588fb has issued a bet confirmation reference number. 588fb reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the requested stake exceeds the applicable market limit; (b) the bet is suspected to be part of a coordinated arbitrage or advantage-gambling scheme; (c) a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed; or (d) the event has already commenced at the time the bet request is received.

6.3 Void Bets

588fb reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error, a technical malfunction, or information that was not publicly available at the time the bet was offered. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's Account Balance in full. Winnings generated from a void bet will not be paid.

6.4 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are offered on selected sports and events. Live odds are updated in real time and may be suspended without notice during key match events. 588fb does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets. Bets accepted during a brief suspension or delay in odds update are subject to review and may be voided if the odds at time of acceptance were materially incorrect relative to the actual match state.

6.5 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on 588fb are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 588fb does not influence game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective game studios and are independently audited.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

588fb offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general and specific bonus terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that remain uncleared at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play to guarantee winnings from bonus funds, placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements, or any other behaviour that 588fb determines in its sole discretion to be designed to exploit promotional offers — is strictly prohibited. 588fb reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

7.4 Eligibility

Bonus eligibility is determined at 588fb's sole discretion and may vary by promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. 588fb reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from any player at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 588fb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and winnings, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or do not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error must be reported immediately and will be forfeited if not reported.

Intellectual Property

588fb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection
